Nolex AG (‘Nolex’) is acquiring Swiss-Trade GmbH (‘Swiss-Trade’) from its previous owners Thomas Maahsen, Anke Maahsen, Kubülay Fenercioglu and Susanna Strebel-Gutknecht.

With this acquisition, Nolex aims to continue the growth of recent years and further strengthen Swiss-Trade’s market position in the field of consulting and sales of insect screens and textile sun protection products. The plan is to expand cooperation with existing and new partners in Switzerland and to intensify customer consulting.

Swiss-Trade was founded in 2011 and is known under the brands ‘Smart Insektenschutz’ and ‘Smart Sonnenschutz’. Since then, the company has established itself as a customer-oriented, reliable and innovative partner. The previous owners will remain associated with Swiss-Trade and are thus initiating an orderly operational succession in order to continue to actively support the company.

The new owners plan to continue the existing strategy, further expand the company and thus create additional jobs in the coming years.
