A group of Swiss entrepreneurs takes over Holzmedia GmbH (“Holzmedia”) from the previous owners Manuel Holz and Peter Möller via their holding company Nolex AG (“Nolex”). With this majority shareholding, Nolex is pursuing the goal of continuing the growth of recent years and further expanding Holzmedia’s international sales.

Over the last 20 years, Holzmedia has developed into a leading specialist and innovator in the premium media furniture segment for communication spaces. The company has an exclusive, future-oriented product portfolio and covers all the functional requirements of modern communication and conference rooms with its three business units “Elements”, “Tables” and “Smart Planning”. Holzmedia has established itself as a reliable and competent partner and enjoys an excellent reputation, particularly in Germany and increasingly internationally. This is reflected in the large number of well-known customers. This successful development is supported by a 19-strong team with extensive specialist knowledge and many years of experience in the industry.

Peter Möller will remain on board and will continue to lead Holzmedia as managing director and shareholder after the transaction. This ensures continuity in operational management.
