We have successfully completed the financing of our investment holding Nolex AG! Despite difficult financial markets, we reached our capital target with around 20 investors and a pension fund after only 4 months of fund raising. This marks the completion of the first milestone in the entrepreneurial development of Nolex.

We are now looking forward to an eventful 2024 and are planning our first acquisitions.

We continue to focus on stable B2B companies in the DACH region with a minimum profitability of CHF/EUR 1m in succession situations. At Nolex, we invest for the long term and thus generate a solid and stable distribution for our co-investors.
